Step 1: Create a personal profile. First you need to create a personal profile. Fill in your name, e-mail address and create a password (You can access your account anytime by choosing the myHQ Login button at the top of the site.)
Step 2: Create or upload your resume in the Resume Center. Click on the resume center to upload your resume information. You have a choice of building or editing resumes, or uploading resumes. (Note: .doc, .pdf, .rtf, .txt, and .html file types are supported.) Each resume you create, or upload requires a name so you can choose to use it when applying to particular jobs; or allowing it to be viewed on the site.
