Why do I get the message "E-mail Address Already Exists"?

If you get a message that your e-mail address already exists, this is usually because you are a returning user who is trying to Login at the bottom of the payment page. The sign-up at the bottom of the payment information page is for new users only. Returning users need to Login using the gray Login panel at the top left.
